•      The host of Tune In and Sound Off, Kevin Demers, talks about the stresses of court house politics and drama. He shares some of his experiences that have boiled his blood as he struggled from the Florida courts to the U.S. Supreme Court.
•       Kevin Demers takes some time to interview John Payne, former lead singer of ASIA. They talk about the Iconic songs that John Payne has performed, and some of his personal experiences as a performer.

He expounds on the process that is normally in effect when defendants are represented by a defense attorney verses those that defend themselves pro se, and discusses the ambiguity that was evident in his own case.
