•     The host of our show Tune In and Sound Off, Kevin Demers takes calls from listeners and talks about some of the questionable practices the today’s prosecutors engage in. One caller mentions “overcharging,” or “stacking the deck” which is charging a defendant with a much more severe crime than he should be charged with.
•      Kevin discusses the avenues available to people who are upset with the actions of a prosecutor or judge, such as filing a Board Complaint with the Bar Committee. Kevin points out that the Bar Committee in charge of overseeing these individuals is manned by people from the same profession.
•      Kevin continues his show by taking calls from listeners where prosecutors were both over-zealous and under-zealous, based on their own personal views.
