Today on Tune In and Sound Off with Kevin Demers the host Kevin Demers discusses Pre-Nuptial, Post-Nuptial, and Anti-Nuptial agreements. Kevin describes the different types of agreements and how they can be set in place.
Kevin takes calls from listeners. One suggests that marriage contracts should be something that is renewed every set number of years, like a drivers license. So that individuals can reconsider their contracts on a regular basis, rather than having to resort to divorce.
Kevin discusses some of the laws of other countries, and how they recognize or don’t recognize Pre-Nuptial agreements. Kevin also takes a call from Vince Noble with the Special Operations Warrior Project who promotes a charity fundraiser event that is coming on November 7th, at the Palladium Theater in St. Petersburg, Florida.
