•      Tune In and Sound Off host Kevin Demers shares his experiences representing himself pro se in court. Kevin talks about the history of pro se defense, and shares some of his successful pro se cases in which he represented himself as both plaintiff and defendant in civil and criminal courts.

Specifically he shares about a child support case that he was involved with and his process of modifying his child support order, from the step of firing his attorney, thru purchasing a law library, and up through the legal process.
• •      The show continues with Kevin talking about more of his experiences representing himself pro se. Kevin describes the difficulties he encountered trying to obtain law books from Lexis Nexis, and also talks about the importance of posturing and dressing appropriately for court appearances.
