•      The host of Tune In and Sound Off, Kevin Demers focuses today’s show on the process of the investigation process that takes place prior to a trial. Specifically he talks with a caller about the way a prosecutor can guide the direction of an investigation, and use “stacking the deck” to intimidate a defendant.
•      Kevin shares more of his experience as he went through the legal process in the Tampa, Florida court system. Kevin talks about his experiences defending himself pro se, and also shares his experiences with preparing for the appellate court process, which includes the need for having a court reporter so that the case can be properly documented in case an appeal in necessary.
•      Kevin Demers continues his show today by talking about his experiences in the appeals process, and describes how his case was handled in appeals. The show continues as Keven talks about losing his appeal, and taking it before the Florida Supreme Court in Tallahassee. Finally Kevin briefly shares his experience in the US Supreme Court.
•      Music, Vegas and Money – Kevin usually sets aside a potion of each show to share experiences about Music, Vegas, and Money, but unfortunately ran out of time before he got to this segment today.
