It is the responsibility of the prosecutor and defense to present the facts and evidence.
  •      Kevin talks about the steps involved in a criminal proceeding, from the initial incident, the investigation, the preliminary judge, the prosecutor, the main judge, the appellate court, the superior court, and finally the supreme court. He points out how important that it is to get everything on the record. He brings it all into focus by sharing some of his personal experiences with the legal system. Kevin also takes calls from listeners that share their opinions about this.
  •      Kevin talks about how it is important to do your own due diligence when you are engaged in the legal system. He talks about the importance of getting statements from witnesses who disappear very quickly following an incident. Kevin shares his own personal experiences in this regard, and how he hired an investigator to help him, and considered it money well spent. Kevin also talks about the discovery process.
  •      Music, Vegas and Money – Kevin talks about a new contract he just signed with a Las Vegas show and how he will have a special guest coming on the show to talk about it in the upcoming month.
