•      Tune In and Sound Off with host Kevin Demers focuses on Fraud Upon the Court. Kevin starts the show taking a call from a listener who points out that the position of a judge is simply that of a referee. It is the responsibility of the prosecutor and defense to present the facts and evidence.

He talks about the importance of getting statements from witnesses who disappear very quickly following an incident. Kevin shares his own personal experiences in this regard, and how he hired an investigator to help him, and considered it money well spent. Kevin also talks about the discovery process.
•      Music, Vegas and Money – Kevin talks about a new contract he just signed with a Las Vegas show and how he will have a special guest coming on the show to talk about it in the upcoming month.
