•      Tune In and Sound Off host Kevin Demers shares his experience when he received a death threat on his girlfriends phone on multiple occasions. Kevin describes how he went to the police about the threats and received no help, so he went and personally to the District Attorneys office and got a Grand Jury hearing. Kevin describes the Grand Jury process, and what goes on behind the closed doors.
•      Kevin moves the show to the Ferguson incident where the victim Michael Brown was shot to death by police. Kevin explains how the Grand Jury procedure in the Ferguson, Missouri incident was somewhat flawed. Kevin takes calls from listeners about Grand Jurys and the process.
•      Kevin talks about his experiences representing himself pro se in court, and how he took a case before the Grand Jury pro se in Tennessee.
•      Music, Vegas and Money – Kevin takes a call from Maggie in Hollywood, California who introduces  Rich Story with Sweet, performer of Ballroom Blitz who shares some of his experiences. Maggie tells about her experiences as an actress and director/producer. Kevin and Maggie met in Las Vegas and are working together to create a reality show Rockumentry.
